to being unsold on receipt of order. All plants shipped bare-root. Minimum value order by post £20.00 net. Post or carriage extra at cost. Unless otherwise stated on our lists or website pages, prices are in UK pounds sterling, including 17.5% V.A.T., applicable for all EC countries. We reserve the right to pass on any price increases made by our suppliers.
Export orders: Please enquire about costs of obtaining Phytosanitary and CITES certification plus charges for either international courier or air freight, delivery/handling and broker's fees.
Payment: We accept Visa/Mastercard/JCB/Maestro - cheques in UK pounds sterling by prior arrangement only. Do not send credit card details by e-mail - phone, fax or mail them separately.
Shipping: UK orders are despatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, weather permitting, unless we are at a Show or Conference. Small items are sent by post and larger bulky orders by carrier, for which your telephone number is required and a signature on delivery must be obtained. Cards will be left by the carrier if nobody is available to sign - 5 days are allowed to contact the depot and re-arrange delivery. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to us, for which the carrier will make a charge. We retain the right to pass on this charge.
Returns: In the exceptional circumstance that your order arrives in an unacceptable condition,
we will replace only if you notify us, together with a photograph of the stated damage, within
24 hours of receipt of goods. Once we have acknowledged and confirmed your complaint, the damaged goods must be returned to us, at your expense, within a further 5 working days.
Privacy Policy: We use the information you provide when ordering only to complete that order. We do not share it with outside parties except, and to the extent necessary, to complete that order.
